1. Return Eligibility

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at shopkaylingerieboutique1@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  • If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Incorrect Orders

  • If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide store credit.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless eligible under our damaged or defective item policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • All lingerie, intimate apparel, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
