1. What types of products do you sell? We specialize in stylish, comfortable, and high-quality lingerie, including lace bodysuits, bra sets, bridal lingerie, and more. We cater to women of all sizes, from XS to XXL.

2. Where do you ship? We currently ship throughout Jamaica. International shipping will be available soon!

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. What are the shipping costs?

  • Standard Shipping: 800 JMD

  • Express Shipping: 1,500 JMD

  • Free standard shipping on orders over 10,000 JMD.

5. Can I return or exchange an item? Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie items unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for more details.

8. How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

9. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards. More payment options will be added soon!

10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.
