1. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all parishes within Jamaica.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): 800 JMD
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): 1,500 JMD
- Free standard shipping for orders over 10,000 JMD.
4. Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- ShopKay’s Lingerie Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
7. Incorrect Address Information
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. International Shipping Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Jamaica. International shipping will be available soon!
